The professionals at Luxx Media do our best to provide outstanding print work to our clients. All printing is printed on standard 16pt UV coated card stock. Printing specialties such as matte finish, UV spot coat and hot foil may require additional pricing. Print turnaround is 2-3 business days for standard orders.

We’ve received your content, great! Our team will begin to work on your project proofs and we will notify you of any questions, changes or delays in the process. Turnaround time is stated on your questionnaire form and/or explained via email.
So you’ve got an idea of the brand services you need, now it’s time to chat! This is your time to review our terms and conditions along with our FAQ before asking any additional questions. Briefly email over your desired services and questions so we can get you prepared for your invoice + questionnaire to began on your project. Once your invoice has been sent, you have 48 hours to pay.
All revisions should have been made and final invoice (if required) should be paid before issuing final files. Once you’ve chosen your final files and/or made changes to your website; all included file types and/or admin login information will be emailed over within
Once invoice is paid, you will receive your login to our state of the art client portal. In your client portal, you will receive the required questionnaire forms for your services. This is your time to truly analyze the questionnaire and fill out important content we’d need regarding your business and to help the creative process flow. We began on your project once your questionnaire is complete.
You should have received your final files and this is also the time to wrap up any final questions and/or changes needed. Now you are officially ready to show off your new luxurious branding designed by our company! Exciting right!?
